Delete Your ChaDaddy Account & Data

You can request deletion of your ChaDaddy account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains the steps, what data is deleted, what may be retained, and the timeline.

  1. Verify your email — make sure you are signed in or have access to the email address registered to your ChaDaddy account.
  2. Submit a deletion request — use the form below or email support@chadaddy.com from your registered email with the subject “Delete My Account”.
  3. We confirm & process — you’ll receive a confirmation email. Eligible data is permanently deleted within 30 days of verification.

Data that will be deleted

  • Account profile (email, display name, Supabase user ID)
  • AI chat history associated with your account
  • Marketplace interactions (inquiries, bids) created by you
  • App activity logs linked to your user ID (non-essential)

Data that may be retained

  • Minimal records required for fraud prevention or legal, tax, or audit obligations
  • Such records are kept for up to 90 days unless a longer period is required by law

Note: If you need a copy of your data before deletion, please mention “Data Export” in your request and we’ll guide you through the process.

Can I delete just some of my data?

Currently we offer full account deletion. If you need specific data removed (e.g., chat history), mention it in your request and we’ll assist where feasible.

What if I change my mind?

You can withdraw your deletion request before it’s completed by replying to the confirmation email.
